How do I cancel my order?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are certain you do not want to receive all or part of your recent order, you must call us directly at 1-888-NEWTALK so we can assist you with your cancellation. However, if you have already received your package, you can return or exchange your purchase. If you have not yet received your order, you can also refuse shipment.
What if an item I no longer want is already on its way to me?
If you have not yet received your package, simply refuse shipment. The package will be automatically returned to us at no charge to you. Do not open the package.
How do I refuse shipment?
Tell the delivery person directly that you are refusing shipment, or if you cannot meet the delivery person directly, call us at 1-888-NEWTALK to find out which shipping company was used to deliver your package and the tracking number. Call the shipping company, give them the tracking number, and tell them that you wish to refuse shipment.
