Where is my Order?

You can receive details of your order and track shipping by calling us at 1-888-NEWTALK.

What does the order status tell me?

The following terms explain the 5 stages of the order process:

Processing:
Cingular Wireless/AT&T is currently processing your order. If your credit is approved and we are able to collect payment from your credit card or checking account, your order will normally ship within 24-48 hours. If, upon review of your credit history, your order is not approved, we will notify you.

Verifying:
Additional Information Needed: There has been a problem in processing your order and you should have received notification via phone or email. We will need additional information from you in order to ship your wireless phone. Please check your email and home voicemail, and
send us the necessary information. Not all orders will require this step.

Credit Approved:
Your order has been approved by Cingular Wireless/AT&T. If you provided a valid form of payment, your phone will be activated and shipped within the next 24-48 hours.

Authorizing Payment:
Cingular Wireless/AT&T has approved your order and we are currently attempting to collect the necessary payment from your credit card/checking account. Once we collect payment, we will ship your phone within the next 24-48 hours.

Shipped:
Your order has been shipped. You may track your order by calling us at 1-888-NEWTALK.
